Our 20-plus years of experience have given us a standing in the property market to manage interesting new housing projects. Over recent months, we have developed two spaces outside the city of Barcelona in which over 25 families are currently living.
In this project, we purchased the land on which the initial plots were to be transformed in order to obtain the target plots and develop the housing.
The process consisted of coordinating the team of architects who drafted the PAI (Plan Actuación Interior – Interior Action Plan) with the Urban development project already incorporated and, once approved by the Local Council, drafting the land redivision project for subsequent registering and obtaining of the final plots.
The owner entrusted the work to the professionalism of InPlace to complete the urban development of the land, which began before the financial crisis hit the sector.
